Fixed A/C system right away. The computer system was a more difficult task because of the make, model, and year of the car. However, the owner worked on Saturdays (they are usually closed on that day), just to complete the job Another auto mechanic had tried to fix this problem but had given up. Dale Bright completed the job and now the car is running perfectly. I would definitely recommend his services.
I asked for a bid to repair the working status bar on the dash and repair/replace a broken interior door handle on my 2000 Lincoln.
Dale popped out the status bar and showed my how the plastic brakets on the bar had broken just like the dealer said they did. He glued the bar back into the dash with epoxy and charged me $30 as opposed to the dealer who said they needed to replace the unit at a cost of $350. The repair of the door handle came in under his estimate...another pleasant surprise.
While others wouldn't fix it, they took on the job and even tracked down a difficult part. They are friendly and helpful and aim to please
Great Shop, Fair prices and they go the extra mile with a thorough job.
I was impressed with the time they spent explaining everything they had done. They worked hard to repair and not just replace parts. When I had to return for a follow-up they took care of everything in a timely manner and did not have an additional charge for the extra work. When my son picked up the vehicle they contacted me to make sure I was aware. I felt like they were more concerned about getting things right than just moving me and my problem along. I am sorry that I didn't discover them sooner. I have many some problems that I will now trust to them to take care of, including when my new car goes off of warranty.
Dale Bright is a real mechanic who cares about his customers, his community, and the quality of his work. He has an auto repair shop and a body shop. Dale expects the highest level of performance (unlike some radio guys) from himself and his employees. This is a family business and one of the best places I know to have your car worked on. On several occasions, Dale and his staff had answers to problems that the factory trained dealer guys did not. The shop is worth a visit if you want an honest, professional, mechanic (oxymoron?).
